Why did this Media File Generated an Error?
The reason why the Machine is generating an error is logged in the Windows Event Viewer. Launch the Event Viewer and select "Application", the error reason will be logged under "Web Video Machine" source. Where Can I Find the Machine Log File?
The Machine does not use a file for logging - it uses the Windows Event Viewer. Launch the Event Viewer and select "Application", all the logging messages are logged under the "Web Video Machine" source. |
